We may be able to provide a quote for your vehicle via email. If you wish to do so, please take good-quality images to improve the accuracy of the quote.

Some tips and requirements for taking images include.

• Standing at a slight distance from the damaged area, (requirement).

• Taking images as close as possible to the damaged area without blurring, (requirement).

• Be aware of shadows and the effects on the image (damage may not be clearly visible).

• Ensure an image of the registration plate is included for vehicle identification, (requirement)

Please ensure, at a minimum, you follow the above guide on images and provide a mix of the required images in your email.

Remember, the more photos we have, the better chance we have of getting a precise quote. Please include your contact details in the email, along with those of the insurance company if you wish to make a claim through them.

If you wish to come into the shop for an in-person quote, please note the following hours.

Monday:- We don't perform in-person quotes. 

​

Tues - Thurs:- 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

​

Friday:- 7:30 am to 12:00 midday.
